Who We Are

Boys to Men is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young boys to become responsible, compassionate, and confident men. We provide structured mentorship, educational resources, and community-driven programs aimed at developing the next generation of leaders in the Cayman Islands.

Over the past 11 years, Boys to Men has had a significant impact on the lives of young men in the Cayman Islands. Our program began at George Hicks High School (now John Gray High School), initially targeting at-risk boys. Today, our outreach has expanded to include boys who lack a male figure, and we serve participants from John Gray High School, Clifton Hunter High School, and Hope Academy. Currently, we support 144 boys who benefit from our holistic approach to mentorship.
