Empowering future leaders of the Cayman Islands

Boys to Men began in the Cayman Islands over 11 years ago with the aim of working with young men who have experienced various unique challenges in their lives. Initially focusing on At-Risk boys, Boys to Men has expanded to support boys without a father figure. We currently have 144 cohorts from John Gray High, Clifton Hunter High, and Hope Academy.

Our programmes are mindfully designed to cultivate social skills, cultural awareness, academic excellence and community stewardship. We provide counselling, mentorship, life skills training, cultural exposure and community service involvement.
